“Tarique Rahman Urges Help to Catch Attacker”

BNP’s acting chairman Tarique Rahman has expressed strong condemnation and outrage over the attack on Inquilab Mancha spokesperson Osman Hadi. He called on citizens to assist the government in identifying the attackers.
Speaking virtually as the chief guest at a workshop held at the Krishibid Institute in Dhaka on Friday afternoon (December 12), Tarique Rahman said that Sharif Osman Hadi was seriously injured in Paltan by gunmen. He strongly condemned the brutal incident and urged a proper investigation to swiftly identify those responsible.
He also appealed to leaders and activists at all levels, including Chhatra Dal, to cooperate with the government and law enforcement agencies so that the perpetrators can be brought to justice.
During the workshop, he emphasized the need for planned and coordinated politics for nation-building. He also described the recent political instability as regrettable and urged party members to face the situation with patience and awareness.
Earlier on Friday afternoon, Osman Hadi was brought to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for treatment after being shot. His condition remains critical.
