Additional Secretary Nasir-ud-Daula has been assigned routine responsibilities as Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture. The decision was announced in an official order issued by the ministry on Monday (March 2).
He had been serving as Director General (Seeds) at the Ministry of Agriculture prior to this assignment.
According to the order, former Agriculture Secretary Dr. Mohammad Emdad Ullah Mian has been sent into retirement. Following his departure, Nasir-ud-Daula—currently serving within the same ministry—has been given charge of the secretary’s routine duties to ensure the continuation of official work.
