Russian Envoy Meets Mirza Fakhrul

Russian Ambassador to Bangladesh, Alexander Grigorievich Khazin, held a meeting with a delegation of the BNP (Bangladesh Nationalist Party) led by the party’s Secretary General, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir. The meeting began at around 11:00 AM on Sunday, May 4, at the political office of the BNP Chairperson in Gulshan, Dhaka, and was still ongoing at the time of reporting. Alongside Mirza Fakhrul, senior BNP leaders including Standing Committee member and Foreign Affairs Advisory Committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, as well as Organizing Secretary Shama Obaid, were also present at the meeting. As of now, BNP has not disclosed the subjects discussed during the meeting.
