Dr. Yunus and PM Shehbaz Hold Talks in Cairo

A bilateral meeting took place between Dr. Muhammad Yunus, the Chief Advisor of Bangladesh’s interim government, and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday, December 19, in Cairo, during the D-8 summit. Dr. Yunus, who arrived in Egypt on December 18 to attend the summit, was invited by Egypt to participate in the D-8 (Developing Eight) Economic Cooperation Organization’s 2024 summit, held in Cairo. The Chief Advisor’s press wing provided this information.
