After Attending Pope’s Funeral with World Leaders, Chief Advisor Departs Rome

Chief Advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus has departed from Rome for Dhaka after attending the funeral of Pope Francis. On Sunday, April 27, at around 1:30 PM Bangladesh time, the Chief Advisor left Rome, as confirmed by his Press Secretary, Shafiqul Alam. The funeral ceremony for Pope Francis was held on Saturday, where Professor Yunus joined alongside world leaders to pay tribute. Earlier, on Friday, the Chief Advisor traveled from Doha, Qatar to Rome to attend the proceedings.
