In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, the Most Just—who stands by the oppressed and determines the fate of tyrants:
Today, we, the people of Bangladesh—who carry the legacy of resistance in our blood—have gathered in solidarity with the fearless people of Gaza. This assembly is not merely a protest; it is a declaration before history, a solemn pledge, and a moral testimony.
From this March for Gaza, we present our demands across four levels:
1. To the United Nations and Global Powers:
We assert that the ongoing carnage in Gaza is not merely the failure of a single government, but a disgraceful breakdown of the global order. The silence of powerful nations and the direct support many Western countries provide—through arms, funds, and diplomacy—to apartheid Israel have enabled this genocide. Therefore, we demand:
Justice for Israel’s war crimes through the International Criminal Court.
Not a superficial ceasefire—but coordinated global actions to end the genocide.
Implementation of a roadmap returning pre-1967 Palestinian lands.
International recognition of East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.
Full restoration of Palestinian sovereignty, security, and self-determination.
The mask of global justice has fallen under the rubble of Gaza.
2. To the Leaders of the Muslim World:
Palestine is not just a territory—it is a symbol of the Muslim ummah’s collective identity. Gaza reflects our shared moral failure. Israel, an illegal occupying force, aims to erase a people and the sacred site of the first Qibla. India’s Hindutva regime is now complicit in this global Zionist agenda, actively violating the rights of Muslims and religious properties.
We therefore call on Muslim governments and organizations like the OIC to:
Cut all ties—economic, diplomatic, and military—with Israel.
Impose trade bans and sanctions against the apartheid regime.
Mobilize urgent medical, food, shelter, and defense support for Gaza.
Launch coordinated diplomacy to isolate Israel globally.
Raise strong protests against Hindutva aggression, including interference in Muslim waqf laws.
Failing to stand by Gaza today will be recorded as a stain on the ummah’s honor.
3. To the Government of Bangladesh:
As a majority-Muslim nation founded on resistance to injustice, Bangladesh has a moral and religious duty to stand by Palestine. Remaining silent is tantamount to betrayal of public conscience. Thus, we demand:
Reinstate “Except Israel” on Bangladeshi passports and clarify that Israel will never be recognized.
Cancel any existing agreements involving Israeli entities.
Send official humanitarian aid and medical assistance to Gaza.
Issue bans on Zionist-aligned products across public institutions and trade policy.
Publicly condemn India’s Hindutva regime for systematic abuse of Muslims and minorities
Include the history of Al-Aqsa, Palestine, and Muslim resistance in the national curriculum.
A nation is not just land—it is a trust. And history will not forgive those who fail to protect it.
4. To Ourselves—A Personal Oath:
We believe Al-Quds is part of our faith. The liberation of Baitul Maqdis will come through our own resolve. Zionism thrives because of our disunity and forgetfulness. If we do not act now, future generations may face a Gaza of our own, shaped by the union of Zionism and Hindutva. Therefore, we pledge:
To boycott all companies and products complicit in supporting Israel’s occupation.
To raise a generation prepared to defend and restore the honor of the ummah.
To build resilient youth ready for sacrifice in protecting their identity and homeland.
To remain united—because disunity invites domination.
Our commitment starts at home—through our language, history, education, culture, economy, and society.
Let us remember: the martyrs of Gaza do not only ask for our prayers—they ask for our preparation.
Peace be upon the people of Gaza—those who have shown unmatched patience and faith.
Peace be upon the martyrs—those like Hind Rajab, Reem, and Fadi Abu Saleh—who sanctified their land with blood.
Peace be upon the guardians of Al-Quds, who still declare with pride: “Al-Quds is ours.”
People of Gaza—you have written an epic of faith, sacrifice, and resistance.
From the land of Shah Jalal and Shariatullah, the people of Bangladesh salute you.
We send our love to your martyrs, and raise a heartfelt prayer:
O Allah, turn Gaza into the stone that shatters every Zionist scheme.
In solidarity, on behalf of the people of Bangladesh,
Palestine Solidarity Movement, Bangladesh.
