Pakistan’s Deputy PM Ishaq Dar Meets Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser Yunus
Dhaka, Sunday — Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar paid a courtesy call on Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus at the state guest house Jamuna on Sunday afternoon.
According to a statement from the Chief Adviser’s press wing, the meeting focused on issues of mutual interest between the two countries.
Ishaq Dar arrived in Dhaka on Saturday as part of his official visit to Bangladesh. On the following day, he held discussions with leaders of several political parties, including the BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami, and the National Committee for Political Consensus (NCPC).
