Pre-registration for performing the Holy Hajj has started today Monday. Those who wish to perform Hajj next year can pre-register by depositing Tk 30,000 in the banks involved in this program. This information was informed in a notification of the Ministry of Religion on Sunday.

According to the decision of the preparatory meeting for Hajj of next year 2025 (1446 Hijri) held on August 4, the pre-registration process of Hajj is starting from August 12. With the pre-registration voucher, both government and private Haj pilgrims can pre-register by depositing money in the banks involved in this program.

However, the cost of Hajj next year is yet to be determined. The Ministry of Religion and the Hub will announce Hajj packages under private and government management.
