Tarique Rahman Expected to Return Home Soon: Salahuddin Ahmed

BNP Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed has said that the party’s Acting Chairman, Tarique Rahman, is likely to return to Bangladesh in the near future.
He shared the remark on Monday night while speaking to reporters after a meeting of the BNP’s National Standing Committee, held at the party chairperson’s office in Gulshan, Dhaka.
Commenting on the agenda of the meeting, Salahuddin Ahmed explained that it was part of their routine discussions. The committee reviewed the current political landscape, upcoming electoral strategies, campaign planning, and other organizational matters.
When asked about the latest updates on the health condition of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, he stated that all medical details are with party leader Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, who will brief the media on the matter.
