Titas Gas has announced that gas supply will be suspended for six hours in several areas of the capital tomorrow, Sunday, due to the relocation of existing gas lines.

According to a statement issued on Saturday, the relocation work is being carried out to accommodate the alignment of underground stations (Airport and Khilkhet) under the MRT Line-1 project of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited. As a result, gas supply will be completely halted for all types of consumers from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 16, in areas stretching from Kamarpara Bridge to Balaka Bhaban.

Additionally, low gas pressure may be experienced in all sectors of Uttara, as well as in Uttarkhan, Dakkhinkhan, and surrounding areas.

Titas Gas authorities have apologized for the temporary inconvenience caused to consumers.
