Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip show no signs of stopping. In a pre-dawn airstrike on Sunday, the occupying forces killed several Palestinians, including a journalist, in central Gaza.

According to Al Jazeera, the bombing targeted a residence housing journalists near Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis. The attack claimed the life of Hilmi Al-Fakawi, a Palestinian journalist, and injured several others. Quds News Network reported that another journalist, Ahmed Mansour, sustained critical injuries, while Al Jazeera photographer Mahmoud Awad was also wounded.

The strike came shortly after Israel ordered residents in Deir al-Balah to evacuate the area.

Elsewhere, Israeli forces carried out an airstrike near Al-Aqsa Hospital, targeting tents sheltering displaced civilians. Reports confirm multiple casualties.

Meanwhile, on Sunday night, the Palestinian resistance group Hamas launched at least 10 rockets into Israeli territory, injuring three people. Hamas’ military wing, the Qassam Brigades, claimed responsibility, stating that the rockets were in retaliation for Israel’s relentless attacks on civilians in Gaza.

The Israeli military acknowledged the rocket barrage, confirming that most were intercepted.
